Summary: AU. Jensen is graduating from college in just four months. When he meets Jared, he does not make a good first impression. Or second. Jared is not interested, or at the very least, unimpressed. Which doesn't actually stop Jensen from trying. He'll do (almost) anything to win Jared over.

A J2 rec for you all. A very cute and rather schmoopy about how Jensen epically fails at trying to make a good impression on Jared because all his instances are usually set up in flames by bad luck and his own misfortune. While that does sound rather gloomy her writing keeps the mood upbeat with her witty lines and side characters which reverses the gloominess of it all and makes it really cute.

Jensen of course is epically failing at impressing Jared, at first he's a jackass and then he has time to think things over and realizes how much of a jackass he was, and how hot Jared himself was. After that it's like a chain reaction of bad luck. It's one of those things where you want to just dismiss Jensen as the crazy, overworked student but his endearing tries at winning Jared over just make you love him in this. Jared is of course not oblivious, just rather confused by Jensen's behavior.

Snappy, witty dialogue with humor in everything Jensen does, this is a great feel good fic to read if you want the warm fuzzy feelings or something schmoop to make you smile.
